Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse the Shop, choose your item, and select Add to Cart. When you're ready, open your cart and follow the checkout steps.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at info@woodenbaker.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the change or cancel your order before it ships.
How do I check on my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number after checkout. When your order ships, we'll email your tracking number.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the number of items in your order.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must not be damaged by the customer.
How do I start a return?
Email info@woodenbaker.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a full refund. Please allow about 7 days for us to verify the return and send your refund.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery, including return shipping. Email info@woodenbaker.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
Email info@woodenbaker.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If an item was damaged in shipping or has a defect, we'll take care of it.
Product Care
How should I care for my Wooden Baker products?
Care depends on the material. Our Care Guide covers copper, stainless steel, cutting boards, and bamboo. Always check the product page for item-specific instructions.
Copper Products
How do I clean my copper mugs?
Hand wash with mild soap and a soft sponge, then dry immediately and thoroughly. Do not place them in the dishwasher or microwave.
Why is my copper mug getting darker?
Natural darkening and patina are normal characteristics of genuine copper. You can polish it periodically with a copper-safe cleaner.
Are the copper mugs lined?
No. Our hammered copper mugs have an unlined copper interior with no lacquer or artificial coating. Do not leave beverages sitting in them for extended periods.
Cutting Boards
What is the Double-Sided Cutting Board made of?
One side is wheat straw PP and the other side is titanium. See the product page for full details.
How do I care for my cutting board?
The Double-Sided Cutting Board is dishwasher safe.
Stainless Steel Products
What are your tongs and chopsticks made of?
Our serving tongs and chopsticks are made from 316 stainless steel.
How do I clean them?
The serving tongs and chopsticks are dishwasher safe. Hand wash the chopstick storage case.
Bamboo Products
How do I care for bamboo salad servers?
Hand wash only. The dishwasher can change the color and structure of bamboo.
